We know from our own experience that this is not suitable for all dogs. Therefore, we want to offer you another solution that might suit you and your dog better and will cost you less.

In order for you to post an ad in the app or respond to a sitter's ad, you must first create a profile for you and one for your dog. Then you just have to choose the sitter that you think is the best fit for you and your dog.
The most important thing for us is that you feel safe and comfortable with the sitter you choose. We recommend that you follow these steps but of course you are free to make your own routine if you prefer.
Read through the ratings and reviews of the dog walker that is relevant to you. Does it match your needs and expectations? Get in touch with the person.
Describe your dog in detail when chatting with the sitter. Write in detail about your dog's needs and if there is anything special that the sitter should consider.
Meet the dog walker with your dog well in advance of the first time the dog is to be walked. Feel free to take a walk together so that you feel that the dog and the sitter get along.
Decide how the actual care will be carried out. Should the sitter come to you and take care of your dog or should you leave the dog? How long will the dog be looked after?
Then make the booking in the app and pay with a credit/debit card. The booking can be changed and canceled (see rules for this in the app).
Please write a review and rate the sitter to make it easier for other dog owners to find a good sitter.
In the app, you will see that there are different levels of connected dog walkers. Some people say that they are certified dog walkers. Certified dog sitters have completed our own training in dog sitting. During the training, they learn how to interpret the dog's language and how to act in different situations. Of course, all dog sitters have guidelines to follow to ensure that the dog is as safe and comfortable as possible.
When you book a dog sitting via our app, your dog is insured! Should an accident occur, I Woof Us dog insurance covers up to SEK 25,000 in deductible for your dog. For this to apply, your dog must be insured in an insurance company.

Dog walking can take many different forms. Maybe it's just a walk or maybe it's a whole day or more. Therefore, it is up to the dog walker and the dog owner to agree on the price for the particular session. The minimum compensation a dog walker can charge is set at 120kr. We at I Woof U take a fee of 25% on the booking.
The dog owner pays when booking and then we at I Woof U pay the money to the dog sitter when the care is completed. Today we use Stripe but already in a few weeks it will be possible to pay via Swish. Once you have booked and paid via the app, we at I Woof U cover the deductible up to SEK 25,000 if something should happen to the dog during the session. The insurance also covers the sitter if the dog causes damage to the sitter.
