Luna Design AB, organization number 555295-7780, with headquarters located at Thure Bruces väg 2, 560 13 Hok(I Woof U) knows how important privacy is for our Users of the Service. The aim of this Privacy Policy(Policy) is to clearly describe how the collection, processing, storage and transfer of Personal Data is carried out. I Woof U therefore asks the User to contact us if any concerns or questions arise about this Policy.

1. General and definitions

I Woof U is a digital marketplace for arranging work assignments related to dog sitting and dog walking(the Service). The Service is offered via a smartphone application (theApp) and via a website(the Website).

This Policy applies to anyone who registers in the App or on the Website and creates an account(User). Users who post job advertisements for execution are still referred to as Clients. Clients are divided into two groups. Buyers are private individuals who post ads in their capacity as consumers, who are referred to as clients (a consumer being a natural person acting primarily for purposes outside of business).

Users who apply to perform the job postings and then perform work are called Contractors. The assignments and services that Contractors perform via the Service are called Assignments. The assignment description posted in the Service by the Client and which the Contractor can apply to perform is called an Advertisement.

In order to use the Service, I Woof U needs to collect, share and process certain Personal Data of Users. Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a living natural person. This includes, for example, name, social security number, address, e-mail address and telephone number. It also includes, for example, encrypted data and different types of electronic identities, such as IP numbers, if they can be linked to natural persons(Personal Data).

The processing of Personal Data is done in accordance with the Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC(GDPR).

2. Data processed

In order to enable the use of the Service and to fulfill the user agreements that I Woof U and the Users enter into, I Woof U must collect and save certain Personal Data.

From the Client, I Woof U collects and uses the following Personal Information:

* Social Security,

* IP address,

* Phone number and

* Image

From Contractors Collect I Woof U in and uses the following Personal Information:

* Date of Birth,

* Image, and

* Ratings / reviews from previous Client.

The Contractor will also have the opportunity to write a short presentation about himself and add relevant information such as language skills, driving license, possible working hours, what types of jobs are interesting, school and line, CPR certificate or other information that the Contractor wishes to share for to increase the chance of assignments.

Please note that I Woof U may not provide the App or the Website if the above Personal Information is not provided.

Users who choose to start using the Service via an existing Facebook account give I Woof U the right to collect account information such as first name, last name, profile picture and e-mail address directly from Facebook.

All Users are responsible for ensuring that all Personal Information provided is correct and does not in any way violate, violate or otherwise infringe the rights of third parties, for example, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or confidentiality.

3. Purpose and legal basis

3.1 Administration of the Service

In order to provide and administer the Service, I Woof U will use the information defined under "2. Data processed". This Personal Data is processed in particular to contact you, to create an account and to provide any other services in accordance with the Terms of Use.

The user agreement I Woof U has entered into with the User (i.e. I Woof U's terms of use) constitutes the legal basis for processing the User's Personal Data as a User of the Service. The processing is necessary for I Woof U to fulfill its contractual obligations to the User.

3.2 Creation of Advertisements

In order to maximize the Contractor's ability to obtain Assignments, I Woof U will share the Contractor's location with the Client and with visitors to the Website and the App. This position consists of the Contractor's registered address, updated address or geo-positioning depending on the information that the Contractor last shared with I Woof U.

The user agreement that I Woof U has entered into with the User constitutes the legal basis for processing Personal Data to create Advertisements and mediate Assignments. The processing is necessary for I Woof U to be able to fulfill the contractual obligations that I Woof U has towards Users.

3.3 Application for a Mission

In order to maximize the Contractor's ability to obtain Assignments, I Woof U will share the Contractor's location with the Client and with visitors to the Website and the App. This position consists of the Contractor's registered address, updated address or geo-positioning depending on the information that the Contractor last shared with I Woof U.

The Contractor agrees that the position is shared with the Client and with visitors on the Website and in the App. By agreeing to this Personal Data Processing, the Contractor's public information will be shared on a map that the Client or visitors can then access.

In order to apply for a Contract, I Woof U must process certain Personal Data about the Contractor. This includes information defined under "2. Data processed" as well as the information provided by the Contractor when responding to an Advertisement, such as personalized text.

The user agreement that I Woof U has entered into with the User constitutes the legal basis for processing Personal Data to create Advertisements and mediate Assignments. The processing is necessary for I Woof U to be able to fulfill the contractual obligations that I Woof U has towards Users.

3.4 Confirmation of the assignment

When the Client has booked an Assignment via the App or the Website, I Woof U sends a confirmation to the Contractor with all information about the Assignment. This will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Contractor during registration. Parents of Contractors under the age of 18 who have created an account on I Woof U will also receive the confirmation.

The Contractor can also choose to receive the message as a push message, directly by phone. How push messages are handled is described in the Terms of Use.

The user agreement that I Woof U has entered into with the User constitutes the legal basis for processing Personal Data in order to make payments to bank accounts and subsequent obligations. The processing is necessary for I Woof U to be able to fulfill the contractual obligations that I Woof U has towards Users.

3.5 Payment

In order to make a payment for a completed Assignment, I Woof U processes Personal Data such as account and card details, and telephone numbers. This Personal Data is sent either to Stripe.

The user agreement that I Woof U has entered into with the User constitutes the legal basis for processing Personal Data in order to make payments to bank accounts and subsequent obligations. The processing is necessary for I Woof U to be able to fulfill the contractual obligations that I Woof U has towards Users.

3.6 Customer care and support

When an Assignment is completed, I Woof U will send an invitation to the Client to review the Contractor. These reviews are provided, inter alia, in free text. The Client should minimize the amount of Personal Data provided when submitting a review.

The legal basis is I Woof U's legitimate interest in being able to improve and understand the User's experience and use of the Service and thereby improve and develop it.

3.7 Marketing

I Woof U uses the User's Personal Data to send direct marketing regarding the Service. When I Woof U sends marketing via email, SMS or via push notifications in the App, the User can always choose to no longer receive such marketing via a link in each mailing or within the App. Users can choose which notifications (email, SMS and push notifications) they wish to receive under their profile in the App.

3.8 Development of the service

I Woof U also collects your Personal Data for the purpose of improving and developing as user-friendly a Service as possible. I Woof U does this by collecting ongoing information about you as a user and your routines. In this way, I Woof U can develop the offer and design new functions.

I Woof U also reserves the right to use Personal Data to inform Users of updates from I Woof U, conduct surveys or provide information and service-related communications, including important security updates.

The legal basis is I Woof U's legitimate interest in being able to make updates to the technology that enables the User to visit and use the Website or App, or to understand how the User experiences the Service and thereby improve and develop it.

Analysis of user data is often done using established third-party providers such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel. These providers are not allowed to use the information for any other purpose.

3.9 Other

In addition to the data I Woof U collects directly from Users, I Woof U also collects data automatically from the User. This information is collected via so-called cookies. If the User chooses to disable cookies, this may also have other consequences, such as a poorer user experience.

4. Check your personal data

Under the symbol with profile picture, the User can see the Personal Information provided directly from the User to I Woof U, ie. the information provided when the User created an account. The User can change this information on his own directly in the App or by contacting I Woof U.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

I Woof U will transfer and share Personal Data between Users in order to facilitate Assignments. The Personal Data provided will be disclosed to other Users only to the extent necessary for the performance of an Assignment and/or to enable Users to comply with their tax obligations.

I Woof U will also transfer and share Personal Data with third parties to enable them to assist I Woof U with the App, Website and marketing. Third parties may only use the Personal Data for the stated purpose for which they are engaged. I Woof U may also disclose and transfer Personal Data to third parties who acquire any or all of I Woof U's business units.

Furthermore, we may disclose and transfer Personal Data that I Woof U has collected from other websites to third party partners. I Woof U will also, if required by law or order, disclose Personal Data to the police, courts or other authorities.

I Woof U will share Personal Data both with partners and suppliers both within and outside the EU/EEA. If we share your Personal Data with suppliers outside the EU/EEA, we will ensure that the transfer and storage of the Personal Data complies with the requirements of the GDPR and that it is not processed for purposes other than those for which I Woof U collected it.

6. Your rights

Users have the right to receive information about the Personal Data processed by I Woof U and, if necessary, to request correction of Personal Data. Such a request shall be made in writing to I Woof U and shall contain information such as the Sender's name, social security number and address. The request must be signed by the User.

7. How we store data

I Woof U stores the User's Personal Data in order to make the Service more efficient, practical and meaningful. Users may access, review, correct, update or delete their account at any time by contacting I Woof U. Users may also terminate their account with I Woof U at any time within their profile.

Personal data provided by Users will only be stored for as long as it is required for the performance of I Woof U's services, but no longer than one year from the last use of the Service. If the User wishes to have their Personal Data removed earlier, please contact I Woof U via the contact details below.

Upon account deletion, I Woof U will retain anonymized logs and information about the User's activities on I Woof U. If Personal Data was previously available to other users of I Woof U, we are not able to delete the information from their systems.

8. Other

I Woof U strives to provide a secure environment by trying to limit access to our database to legitimate users, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will not access it. I Woof U also cannot control how authorized users store or transmit information that Users provide to us. Therefore, Users should not provide sensitive information on I Woof U.

I Woof U is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices employed by advertising networks and other websites, by third parties with whom we partner to provide personalized services, or by those who access information about Users on our Service.

This Policy is subject to change and Users will be made aware of it when they log in to the Service. However, it is the responsibility of each User to keep themselves informed of the terms and conditions that apply at any given time.

However, I Woof U will notify the User if I Woof U makes significant changes that require the consent of the User.
